chadindiana, making sure all the features with your device are working properly is a priority. Please allow us to further investigate the details. We truly appreciate all the efforts you have taken to try to resolve this matter. Can you please provide us the make/model of the wireless charging pad you are utilizing? Also, please retest your device by removing the otter box case and place your device in safe mode http://vz.to/2rnzsQg. Please let us know if the same concern occurs with the wireless charging pad while your device is on safe mode.
