We appreciate the steps you've already taken in troubleshooting, chadindiana. You mentioned you were working on determining if it's the case itself that's the issue. Have you been able to wirelessly charge the device without it being in any case? Have you replaced the Mophie case and / or is there an update on the outcome of your troubleshooting there? Is there anything that happens about a month into owning the device that you can think of, such as adding a new app or restoring it (in the case of the replacement)?
