rcschnoor had said to try contacting leadership via their leadership page. I typed up a very detailed letter with everything I have went through, I am wondering if it is too long, but I get no error messages or anything. I am going to try and call them on my day off to argue it again, I will probably get a different story again which is what happens every time I call. Last time I cancelled Verizon service over 10 years ago I had to fight them back then as well for invalid fees. I guess I gave them one chance too many....rcschnoor
