How are you trying to send them a message?

Verizon finally credited my account. It's too bad i had to make my issue "public" to get it resolved. I was never provided an explanation or compensated for all the time I wasted or for the opportunity cost of them having my $400 for so long. I still plan on filing a formal complaint.
