Did you indepth explain to the people you were talking to about him taking over the account? Did you specifically tell them you wanted Edge? If not you are at fault just as much as anyone. You also obviously did not read the terms of the Edge Agreement. If you had it black and white says you must keep it in your name until paid off. But as with anything its much easier to just throw the blame on the Corporation.
