We want to ensure that your device works as intended and that all software updates are downloaded correctly, wtamx. When you experience issues with unsuccessful software downloads, a factory reset of the device may resolve the issue as it will clear any system files conflicts preventing a successful download. Please do a factory reset of your device as per this link ( and try to update the software. Once the software is updated, all the issues that you are experiencing (as per your post: I have an AC791L exhibiting these same symptoms - 1 Alert, SMS Memory Full, please delete some messages) will most like be resolved as well.
