you also might need to re-register and the service books pushed.  Try registering the Host Routing Table

 

Options

-Advanced Options

-Host Routing Table

-Push Blackberry Button

-Click register

 

 

If that does not bring them in, go to your email settings and resend the service books.  If you are having trouble sending them, call tech support and they can do it for you, just need to know your PIN
