This may be a 3 step process. There are a few free/trial programs that will convert your .ipd file to a .csv file (ABC Amber BlackBerry Converter looks like it might be a good one). Then you need to figure out how to convert the .csv file into some thing that will load into you iPhone contacts. This may be your only recourse as there doesn't seem to be a easy solution.
