With all due respect, that really doesn't accommodate the request.  What we are looking for is the ability to go to ones profile and define text alerts as it relates to ones minutes.  Bank websites do this all the time, where they allow you to define a text alert if one's checking balance falls below a certain amount so they can take action.   This is a more proactive approach.  Most people are too lazy or have too many more important things to worry about to then to remember to check the website or call Verizon for a minute usage summary so they don't go over their minutes. Is this a feature we can expect in the near future.  Any college Computer Science grad can easily add this feature to a web site.  Its common practice in other industries.  If you can't please explain why.

Thanks

Why would Verizon spend money on a feature that would COST THEM money in lost revenue.  If you are to lazy or to busy (your words) to insure that you don't go over your minutes, then you deserve to have to pay the overage charges.
