If you really want a Blackberry phone, the $29.99(Blackberry Internet Service, "personal," browser, email) data plan is required, and it is "unlimited." But if I'm not mistaken, there are other phones that some kind of internet service, that is not required.
But if you want to send pictures and videos from phones(MMS) it is a different bundle.
