if you don't find an actual solution, i'd recommend scaling the group of 70 into 3 groups of 33 (or play around and see how many in one group before you get the warning) and see if you get the same issue. it's not exactly a fix, but it might be less of a hassle than dealing with the warnings. i do believe what rcschnoor mentioned may be the case. it may be a spam detection feature and there may not be an actual fix.
