We always want to help! I know how important it is to have a device that works properly. Are you using the original charger that came with the device? Does the charging port appear to be loose? Are you eligible to upgrade? You can file an insurance claim on the device if your warranty has expired. You can also contact Samsung directly to see if there is additional repair options Samsung 1-888-987-4357.
