I understand frustration when you can't get a phone that works, or decent coverage. I am a business person, and rely on my phone for my income. I went with Verizon because of their awesome coverage, but lately it has been very spotty, more dropped calls, and sometimes no coverage at all. I used to brag about awesome coverage, even int he basement, but I cannot say that any longer. I am missing many calls, because the phone doesn't get bars. I have a Razzrmaxx, and was told it is one of the best phones, and after several attempts, and a new phone, nothing changes. I am considering US Cellular. I thought they may be disrupting my service to force me to leave because I have an unlimited data plan.
