Have you had the Less than 14 days ? You might try Charging the phone in the OFF position an see what it Does If you have allot apps on the Device and it's on while Charging it. It can take longer to Charge as the Apps can still Run in the Back Ground. So charging can be best achieved when the Unit is off..b33
