WOW!! Lots of people with little or no knowledge trying to help - more dangerous than not helping at all.
OP, power down your phone. Press + hold the volume down key + power at the same time until you see the message about permanently eraseing all data. Release the keys, press power key twice to select and the confirm the operation.
