You can still reset it so no worries. You have tu turn the phone off and find out the button you needto press. I would google your phone model hard reset and it will be online. Its easy. Bad part is EVERYTHING wil be wiped.. EXCEPT memory card of course. PUK code does not apply here since its not asking for it.
