We know that checking your important missed calls is crucial and are sorry to hear that you are experiencing this. While we cannot guarantee all features on non Verizon Wireless devices, what exactly happens when you attempt to retrieve a message? Any new apps, games or software? Are you connected to Wi-Fi when this happens?
