Staying connected is certainly important. I would be glad to help get to the bottom of this! To ensure we do not skip a beat, I do have a few questions. To confirm, what is the make/model of your phone? Since the update, have you already reviewed the notification settings? Aside from the reset of network settings, did you complete a reset of the voicemail app?
