According to everything I have read on numerous forums it is up to Verizon to add the IMEI numbers of these phones to your database. Time is certainly running out for me. It will be your loss of revenue, not to mention that several thousand of these phones have already been sold here in the US and many want to run on Verizon. But guess what... they are all going to either Cricket, or T-Mobile, or AT&T.
SO what is the delay? What is the problem with this network? You are losing customers every day because of your backwards business policies. I am not sure that I want to remain any longer even if you do get this working as it should. How sad for you!
