visual voicemail hangs on setup

Just received Droid Turbo 2 yesterday and after a few setup steps for visual voicemail it hung at "Setting up visual voicemail. Please wait" It just sits there indefinitely now every time I open it. Worse, I can't find a support phone number anywhere on this site. Can someone help me?
