I cannot receive the 5 digit security code that Gizmo tries to send me. I have made sure that there are no blocks on my phone's texts, data, etc. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and asked for help from both Verizon and Sprint who both can't figure out whats wrong. Still haven't heard from Gizmo but any ideas?? My kiddo goes to his other parent's house for overnights starting this month and we really were counting on this working!
