The Level3 numbers that calls fail to are in the South Bend IN area LATA:(332)
Any reason I am unable to call to certain Level3 numbers from Verizon Cell numbers but able to call them from AT&T and Sprint cells?

Any reason I am unable to call to certain Level3 numbers from my Verizon #? People are able to reach the terminating numbers on calls from AT&T and Sprint cell's.. Not an issue with my device as calls from other verizon cell #'s including my own number that are placed to certain Level3 numbers fail everytime as well. I can provide the Level3 numbers I am having an issue calling to.
