I too am upset, I have the same phone and told that I have these features which I DO NOT. Tech support is NO help. I still have the response from them that the back up assistant  is working HAHAHAHA NOT.. It give an answer of  "Not Supported". I have been paying 116.00 a month for a  (removed) phone. When I got the phone from the Verizon store, the agent did everything correct. She help me three times I went there. The phone has been reset. The Verizon tech told me that they are working on the problem and call me back when the problems has been resolve... Still waiting for the phone call. I hate the saying "Unlimited text and Unlimited data on the share plan" what a joke. I do have text but what about the data. I still don't have web or email web. I did call corporate about another upgrade on a phone but going to charge me $40.00.

back again still no work being done to the problems.... NO BACK UP ASSISTANT........NO WEB........NO EMAIL......I don't think no one working on these problems... I WON'T GET ANOTHER VERIZON PHONE AGAIN and MAKE SURE I LET OTHER PEOPLE KNOW IF THERE IS A PROBLEM.... IT WON'T GET FIXED.....
