Hi Ashley, Sorry for my delayed response (no email notification when you replied). Yes, I have lived here since 1999, and have been on VZ since 2007. I have always purchased phones that had good reception, because we have always been fringe in many areas of Incline Village (I,m in Southwest Incline). I never dropped a call or had trouble hearing VZ customers with iPhone here until this May of this year. It has improved in reliability the last couple weeks on the 2 iPhone 4 phones we have, and my neighbor has a 4 & 4S. I think the influx of tourist in July has also overloaded the towers exacerbating situation. Last year, we didn't have this issue even with the influx of 40,000 tourists. iPhones 4 & 4s seem to have improved but not owners of 5 & 5s. A new client moved from CA and she has Samsung Galaxy 5 and is up the hill from tower near Golpher's Pass Way, she couldn't hold on to a call for the first 2 weeks in July. I had her power cycle her phone which helped a little. I never had experience w\ Samsung until we had guest last month. Totally surprised they had no signal on 2 different phones. A couple of clients are upset with me because I had them switch away from AT&T (one just switched back, iPhone 5 sounded terrible, even his voice mails to me were unintelligible on my phone). I don't know what changed, but VZ has a bad name in 89451, which hurts my M2M opportunities. -Bob
