I received and installed my new 4G LTE Router with Voice yesterday. I followed the directions to set it up. I had great Wifi in my house until I set up the Voice on the router. Now I have nothing. I do have a dial tone on the phone but when you call it, is it disconnected. I do have a trouble ticket in but they it could take up to 5 days to get it resolved. We are using our own cell phones as hot spots now for internet connection. I thought I was make my life easier but no I have nothing. I chatted with support this morning and it didn't resolve anything. I couldn't even forward the phone to another phone for missed calls.
