Recently several apps disappeared, reason unknown, from my Galaxy Note 2, V.4.1.2. When I try to reinstall the apps I receive the following error: "Couldn't install on USB storage or SC card." Any suggestions as to what may have occurred or how to fix? I've got plenty of space available on both external and internal sd. Thanks
