I have a casio c741 tough phone that the outside screen quit working,so i contacted verizon tech. and they trans. me to Assurian saying its a insurance issue.Assurian told me that they would send me a phone for a $99 deductible,the thing is my phone is a basic phone and the deductable is $50.When i called verizon back i was told assurian said my phone had a 3.2 megapixel camera and even though its NOT a smart phone the camera makes it compatrable.What gives Assurian the right to overcharge whenever they fill like it ?
