Here's the latest: BlackBerry 10.3.2 Available NOW in US for All BlackBerry 10 Devices | Inside BlackBerry When VZW will let go of it to their BB10 customers after they get it, is anyones guess...

This is the latest, but wouldn't count on VZW stepping up to support their BB10 customers once they get it (they may already have it), there will likely be delays of at least 6 months based on their track record with BB10.... BlackBerry 10.3.2 and Blend 1.2 will make their way to all BlackBerry 10 devices | CrackBerry.com Doubtful the VZW reps are even aware yet, let alone a real interest from above to keep them one step ahead on BB10. Based on customer experience, this is an Apple, Droid, WinPhone supporting carrier, even though BB10 has already been rated the best mobile OS on the market above all 3 of the previously mentioned and it's still in its early stages. Even Google knows it, which is why there's now sources reporting BB may even be coming out with an Android device with patented BB features, security, etc to go head to head with NSApple. BB10 already handles droid apps very smoothly, and with this next update, one will be able to get them directly from the Amazon app store right on their devices. But, you know, gotta protect the chosen top 3 at them moment...at least until Google and BB team up to change this game.

Seriously? Been running the Z30 since the day it was released, without a single issue. Rock solid device. Fragile, cheap? What? Got to be kidding. This device has been dropped a number of times, drug through the dirt (literally), still tickin'. Tried droids, seen many friends/coworkers struggle with their iPhones, this is the best device I've ran to date. Wife also running one, loves it, and she's rough on electronics! No apps? Again, seriously? Have you installed Snap? You can run just about every single droid app out there, if that's your preference. If VZW connects with the program and releases the already released 10.3._, this device will smoke many on the market (it already does in several ways).In fact, there's already talk that BB will be making an Android device with BB patented OS features that Droid lovers love about the BB10 OS to go head to head with NSApple, so, as far as the dream, not even close to dead. Are you sure you're handling a Z30, because your post certainly does not match this incredible device...

They're likely too busy getting top down pressure to make Windows Phone #3 in the marketplace, even though, BB10 is far superior and people that truly use it, know it. Got a feeling, even VZW knows it, on the inside ;-). Frustrate dedicated BlackBerry users enough, maybe they'll switch and BB will just go away...what they don't get is, won't happen, not here anyway. Heck, can't even find a BlackBerry device within sight in a VZW store around here. Have to first get through reps pushing/dealing crApple (sorry, not an NScrApple addict ;-)), then get through all the iPhone, iPad, etc super displays, then get through all the Droid, then get through all the Windows Phone displays, then you may find a BlackBerry buried in the back corner where no one is, and the reps have no idea how to use/promote the device to its fullest (we had to show them!). They don't even know what a Passort is when asked - yep, definitely up to speed on BlackBerry and in full support. Sad. Funny how BlackBerry rocks outside the US, even rated best OS, hmmm, so, what's the connection VZW? Who's demanding you bury BlackBerry BB10, and why are you obeying them? If your support is sincere for BlackBerry BB10 and your BB10 customer base, get with the program and get 10.3 released to show that support! Talk of support is cheap, show it. Maybe if the name were changed to iBerry?.......till then, all BB10 users will get is: "We know software updates are always exciting!", blah, blah, blah...

Actually, VZW is already putting out notice for the new Z30, and it's also been noted that it looks like VZW customers will be the 1st to get the update this time. This is a good thing because 10.2 is a very significant upgrade, so, the sooner, the better for all BB10 VZW customers!
