I can't let cs know because I can't get through! Every time I call and choose the prompt for cs rep, I get the automated message "Unfortunately we are unable to connect your call at this time. If you need further assistance, please visit us on the web at verizon.com/myaccount."

Does anyone know who to contact in order to file a complaint about Verizon Wireless customer service? Also, has anyone ever had an issue that wasn't resolved, so you had to keep calling CS back, and then after a couple of time speaking so someone, getting this message when you have to call again: "Unfortunately we are unable to connect your call at this time. If you need further assistance, please visit us on the web at verizon dot com backslash my account." then the call ends. I sincerely believe verizon customer service has their phone lines programmed so that if you call from the same number more than a certain amount of times in a short period of time, that it directs you to this automated message. I honestly do. So who do I contact??

My phone was working just fine this morning. I talked to my mom. Then a couple of hours later, I tried to call my son's school to let them know he is home sick, and it wouldn't make the call. My phone showed on the display that it was sending out the call, but then the screen would just go to my wallpaper. The call never rang on the other end. Just silence. I have the Samsung Intensity III, prepaid plan. Unlimited everything. I tried to turn the phone off, then back on. I tried taking the battery out and then putting it back in. I tried sending a text to my husband, asking him to try to call my phone, and I got the message "Network not responding". I can't dial *228 as suggested by troubleshooting, as the call won't go through. I can't call Verizon, because my cellphone is my ONLY phone. Is anyone else having an issue? Can anyone tell me how to get my phone to work? Thank you!
