Try going here.  You can create an account or call Verizon Tech Support and they can help you set it up.   https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw Message Edited by jschare on 06-07-2009... Ver más...

I'm looking at mine right now.  Once you're in the Homescreen Preferences page, there is a "Set Homescreen Layout" section where you can click the button and set it to one row...
When you are on the home screen, press the BB menu key once.  The menu will pop up.  Go to options and you can change it there.

I had the same problem aIso with VVM.  I ended up backing everything up, wiping the hadheld clean, installing VVM and setting it up and then restoring everything.  It's something with a 3rd party app that is causing the problems.  Since I've done that, I've had no problems.  I'm running 4.7.0.122.  Make sure you set up VVM BEFORE restoring everything.

I'm having problems with Visual Voicemail for my BlackBerry Storm.  I installed the update, version 1.19.6, and it locks up on the EULA page and won't let me enter my password or click on the OK button to accept the EULA.  I've unistalled and reinstalled with the same results.  ¿Alguna sugerencia?

Take both phones to a Verizon store.  They have the capabilities to transfer the contact list over.  They did that for me when I purchased a BlackBerry Curve.  Once you have it on your BlackBerry, you can sync the BB with MS Outlook and you won't have a problem in the future if you switch to another BB device.
