My phone decides to reboot itself and now is frozen on the colorful splash screen. I've tried removing/replacing the battery but still does not work. My phone did this last night once but eventually booted up after a few minutes. This time it is definitely not booting up. Please Help.. Any way other than factory resetting? I had a lot of personalized settings and do not want to redo them all over again.
