I received my new iPhone 5s last week. Cannot connect to cell network. Verizon support tells me to go to store and have them check it out. They exchange a new sim card, but still nothing. So they put me on a waiting list for a new phone which is backordered. Anyone else have this problem? And anyone from Verizon, can I get a new phone from you faster???
