I agree. I've been a Verizon customer for nearly 20 years. Coverage in and near Chama, NM was great all these years until the end of June. I specifically purchased a Verizon iPad so I could connect with friends via FB and FaceTime. First time I tried (in early July) and every time since, I've not been able to get on. No coverage. I was planning on purchasing a second Verizon iPad for my wife but that is now off the table. I am very frustrated and angry that this is happening. Can anyone explain why this is happening? Please let me know if you want to keep me as a customer.
