After unsuccessful attempts to talk to 3 customer service reps, today i finally got a wonderful girl who helped me credit $149 back on my account (she applied the insurance to the charge). Im very grateful for that, but i still refuse to take responsibility for the rest of the amount due. Waiting to hear from the corporate.
