I've had my new smartphone for one week. Any new messages received since the second day, have been deleted. I've cleaned folders, including the Inbox, and the problem persists. I'll see a new message come in on my computer but it won't sync to my smartphone; then a few hours later it's disappeared from my computer as well. Any help on this?
