This is terrible for me to say, but i really am hating Verizon lately. i have been waiting for the Kit Kat Update, for god knows a long ass time. WTH Verizon. dont you want to keep your cliental. Or do you really want people to leave. Cause i am so tempted to leave and take my business elsewhere. i pay a lot of money for my service. i want my service up to date. and what you are doing is cheating your customers. not to mention the Fiasco with the More everything, WTH, you say it will make bills cheaper in the long run for a customer it didn't for me. IT INCREASED MY BILL and, honestly that is just BS. Not to mention that having to wait in a store for over an hour to get help. Cmon VZ. your dropping the ball here. pick it up.... give us all loyal customers our KIT KAT. OMG if you PROMISE TO DO SOMETHING, DO IT.
