I disabled the standard messenger apps and installed the Messenger app that I used on my old phone. I can see the app and the contact number, can type messages, and hit send--and it always says: Failed. I'm not sure about the NFC, Bluetooth, and various permissions that are involved with switching from an old phone to a new one. Most features are working, except the Messaging and Email Setup.
