Yeah same thing happend to me. I activated the phone on the line i upgraded...and was told to leave it active for 24 hours and then i can swap to my line. I didn't really believe that so I called...

Yeah same thing happend to me. I activated the phone on the line i upgraded...and was told to leave it active for 24 hours and then i can swap to my line. I didn't really believe that so I called again and the next person (thank goodness) told me to disconnect it.... so i did. when i woke up this morning before work at 6AM I tried to switch the phone to my line.... and it worked. so I am glad i didnt keep it active or I would be in your boat. I didnt need a new sim card... i just had it deactivated for like 15 hours until 6Am. Hope this helps.
