I have read some of the issues with international texting but can’t seem to find any relating to the issue I am having, I have a Droid 3, I chose this phone because I need a global phone, my problem is …I am unable to send text messages while in Ukraine, I can send and receive international text while in the U.S. but once in eastern Europe neither the phone or text work ….help please
