Well that is sad. ATA&T just confirmed that the phone will work on their network, so I guess this is the end for me and Verizon. Oh well!

According to everything I have read on numerous forums it is up to Verizon to add the IMEI numbers of these phones to your database. Time is certainly running out for me. It will be your loss of revenue, not to mention that several thousand of these phones have already been sold here in the US and many want to run on Verizon. But guess what... they are all going to either Cricket, or T-Mobile, or AT&T. SO what is the delay? What is the problem with this network? You are losing customers every day because of your backwards business policies. I am not sure that I want to remain any longer even if you do get this working as it should. How sad for you!
NO disrespect intended, but who are you? Do you work for Verizon and have inside information? How do you know this to be a fact? Even if it is a fact, what is the solution?

Hey Verizon people..whoever you are...I need a straight answer to my question ASAP. My contract ends on 9/1/16 a mere 23 days from now. I have the new ZTE Axon 7 and I am keeping it! Best phone money can buy at any price! Highly recommend it! I would rather stay on Verizon for several reasons even though your pre-paid plans cost more! Go figure! However, I need this phone to work just as good as my current unlocked Moto X Pure does on your network! When I put the activated SIM in the phone the Axon 7 "works" but it is constantly roaming. I have talked on the phone, and chatted, and even went into one of your stores, and everyone of your technicians says the same thing, namely, that you Verizon must allow these phones onto your network by adding the IEMI numbers of these phones into your database. So then, are you going to do this or not? If you make me wait until the last minute, I will be leaving after many long years as a paying customer. AT&T and/or Cricket is calling my name! The ZTE Axon 7 works great with them and they are cheaper by $5.00 or $10.00 per month respectively! So will someone with some authority please reply to this question with something substantial? I have asked this same question on the ZTE forum, as well as other forums that are popular, and the response from all is that it's up to you Verizon. Well????

First, always suspend the service per line that you will not be using...this will stop the billing on that line until you resume the service. This does not cancel the service but only suspends it temporarily. Second, if this is the S6 Edge, then there is nobody doing the screen repairs as of yet. You will have to let Samsung do it. If it's the regular S6 (with the flat screen) then you may be able to find someone who can repair it. As for the charge on your credit card, call your credit card company and dispute the charge.

It's also possible that you just need to wipe the cache partition. Google how to do it for your exact phone and follow the directions precisely! Try that first as it will not remove anything like a FDR will and it may fix your issues. Do you shut the phone off at night? Have you shut it completely down and restarted it? If not, then do these two things first before the FDR. It might save you some resetup work!

Not sure if you are talking about Gmail or not but...you may have to turn on auto sync. On my Galaxy S6 Edge you go to Settings > Accounts > More and make sure Auto Sync is turned on. If it's turned off, like some people do to "supposedly" save on Battery Power then you will have to sync manually like you're doing now.
