Answered my own question and there is nothing suspicious. It seems that I had somehow duplicated a contact and that makes the caller ID show as more than one caller. Deleting that duplicate contact listing solved the "problem" .
What does it mean when a caller ID lists a correct name but also adds "and others" ? Could it be that someone else is listening/monitoring the call? For example "John Doe and others"
