They may be on the brink of going out of business. My phone broke so their automated message sends me a text message (LOL) on the phone that does not work and they ask me to follow the link. Did they outsource their service to some manual or something. Yesterday i opt for the call back LOL still waiting for that call now i have both the chant and phone for 45 minutes playing music. I am getiing ready to jump ship here after 5 years OH come to find out like the fool I am have been paying $15 a month for insurance that is useless. If you cannot repair your phone or talk to someone why get insurance. This outfit is a joke I am switching ASAP
