I traded three iPhones, each was in excellent working condition. I wrapped each in bubble tape, Left it in a Hard case, and used the Verizon packaging to return. None had a crack or break. I was supposed to get $200 for each; one went through with no problem. Second one got reimbursed after a call. Third one, Verizon claimed it arrived with back smashed. They promised to email me pictures but never did. How do I get this resolved? I am positive the phone wasn’t broken when shipped. The whole experience with Verizon has made me distrust them and the process.
