Ditto; I had a Cosmos Slider that I was very happy with. I was forced to go with clunky Sonim XP5 that is not a logical "dumb" phone and is very difficult to use and next to impossible to text with. We have 6 lines with Verizon, most are smart phones, but the blockhead that run Verizon have now likely lost us as a customer unless they make this right
