I'm pretty sure I can speak for us all when I say that we all pay a pretty hefty price to use Verizon. Recently, my phone service is HORRIBLE. I currently show FULL LTE bars, and nothing will work. My texts won't send, I can't make calls due to no service, spotify won't work. Yes, I have reset my network settings, but... I think it's time to make a service switch. Is anyone else having this issue? I spend WAY too much a month to have these issues.
