When someone calls my phone they cannot leave a voicemail message on the phone. They get a message saying my mailbox is full. But that isn't the voicemail box on my phone, but the mailbox on Verizon. I have done everything suggested in all the posts on this subject. Nothing works. I am not sure what the difference is between voicemail on the phone and the mailbox on Verizon. But I think that is where the problem lies. It seems that the Verizon mailbox is taking precedence over my iPhone voicemail. How do I get the priority to change to my phone? I don't know if the problem is with Apple's phone or your service so I don't know whether to go to an Apple store or a Verizon store to see if it can be solved if this post doesn't provide a solution.
