I registered for an employer discount 2.5 months ago, but my bill hasn't changed. I logged into My Verizon account, but the only contact information I can find with a record would be through Facebook Messenger, which I do not want to share with Verizon. Why is my employer discount still not active? Why can't I easily send customer service an email?
