This is the 3rd new phone they have sent me. I've had this issue for about 3 months now. I'll get a random error that says no internet connection also. It's only my phone, my husband has the s10e also and no problems at all. All my kid's phones work fine too.

No.  It doesn't give me any options at all. We reset everything and they even sent me 3 new phones

This is my 3rd s10e and still, after resetting and resetting, I'm getting the same error code. What other options do I have? I'm just about fed up.

I'm having the same issue on my s10e. This is the third one they sent me and still no hot spot.
