Anyone know the trick to using this document viewer feature? I've created the "my_document" folder on the removable disc and copied a .docx file to it but when I try to use the document veiwer I get the message to create the folder on the disc and the file formats that it is able to read. The folder is in \\LG VX11000 External Memory\External Memory Too deep for it to find it? I cannot create a folder in any other location. Thanks in advance. Jane
