Hi all. Ever since the 4.3.3 update, there is a portion of my touchscreen about 1/4" wide that won't respond. With the phone upright it's on the right side, with the keyboard extended it's at the top. It's driving me nuts, because I can't tap icons that appear there. When driving I can't use the notification menu because I can't pull it down. And I can't properly fill out webforms or navigate. I've done the factory reset. No difference. Does anyone have any info on what might be causing this?
